There's nothing like a cold ice cream after a hot day in DC. They had lots of great choices for ice cream. We had the Georgia Peach and the Traverse City Cherry in a waffle bowl. It was so delicious and creamy. This area can be hard to find public restrooms, however across from thos shop there are public restrooms.

This place smells and looks amazing.There were so many chocolates, ice cream flavors and treats. Loved the American Berry pie flavor. Makien was very welcoming and had wonderful energy. My 7 year old cousin says she loves how kind he was. We will be back soon. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for amazing chocolates and ice cream, Kilwins is the place to be! The chocolate and ice cream flavors are absolutely to die for—everything is fresh, rich, and delicious. But what really made my visit stand out was Shanita. Her customer service is truly top tier! She was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and made sure I had an amazing experience from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, and it definitely shows. I’ll be coming back again and again. Highly recommend stopping by!

Kilwins is such an amazing store, the products are extremely high quality and quite delicious (especially if you’re a chocolate lover) and they have such a wide variety of sweets and ice cream as well. Shoutout to Miss. Lorain, the manager of all DC stores, her customer service took Kilwins to the next level, and it’s not often that you find such a genuine, kind person in a store full of sugar of all places.
