My friend had known these ladies since she was a little girl, and she says they've changed very little. This was my first time in. Laymon is definitely a candy aficionado haven. They have everything you could want, and some sugar free you don't. Absolutely amazing service and product. Priced a little high, but you get what you pay for here. Thanks so much for my first great visit Laymon!

Very beautiful candy shop however the cashier taking our candy order wasnt very pleasant. Almost as if myself, sister and husbands presents bothered her. Im going to give the benefit of the doubt it had nothing to due with difference of race but other than that it is a beautiful store with such amazing classic candy and fair prices.

A novelty candy store that you must visit if you're in the area! Aesthetically pleasing landscaping as you approach 🌵 Once inside you may find candy that you remember from your childhood 🍬🍭 Hubs and I were in the area for an appt the day before my b-day, so we treated ourselves to milk chocolate cashew turtles, milk chocolate honeycomb, and candy cigarettes that we remember growing up and are surprised are still around given the sometimes easily-offended modern society 🚬 There's even a giant-sized Guittard chocolate available for $65 which actually seems reasonable for that amount of chocolate! 🍫 Finally to try something new - chocolate covered divinity, and chocolate covered peanut butter fudge! All kept well in our ice chest for the ride home, as well as in the fridge once we got home, and we enjoyed the full week following 😋 We returned in the fall after another appt and tried chocolate-covered Oreo cookies and graham crackers, a very tasty way to eat cookies and crackers 🍪

Wooohooo, so every time I visit home. I buy family favorites to take back home in SC. we'll no more. Cause it messes up my luggage weight when I return flight. Now I order direct . I love this option! Sc don't have abba zabbas & the Boston baked beans aren't the same .
