Tried to go today with my two kids. Have never been to Leon's before, and definitely will be the last time we ever go. Would give zero stars if I could. First off like I said we have never been here before so we walk in and start looking at the menu and two employees start screaming at me and my children I cant even understand what theyre saying because theyre literally yelling over each other on both sides of us. Saying they come to the car but when we pulled up I didnt see any employees at any car or anyone outside! Then the younger girl in the picture starts moving past us and grabbing her tip jar. Like are you serious!! I had a $20 bill in my hands and no one was near their money. I laughed and said seriously no one touched your tip jar, and I said how are we supposed to know we are not allowed in the tiny hallway in front and they have their menu hanging up there?? I said you know what we're just going to go somewhere else. No apology or anything over the way they conducted themselves and acted. I always try to support smaller businesses, but in this case we ended up going to dairy queen. Which we are glad we did they were so polite and kind to my children, and they got a nice tip because I always tip whenever we go somewhere. We dont steal people's tips. So to the young girl with brown hair and the older lady in red GET OVER YOURSELF. Stay clear if you can theyre obviously rude and in the business for all the wrong reasons.

💥🧡💥🧡A wonderful classic experience at Leon’s! If you’re looking for a fun upbeat dining experience looking no further. This place has the best food and old-fashioned malts. Ahh! #yum! The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly and will bring it right out to your car. If you’re looking for a fun date night check it out. This is the place!💥💥💥💥

As a past resident of Oshkosh, who used to love Leon's, we returned for a family visit. Our first stop was Leon's. We talked about it for days and looked so forward to going. We even had family members and guests meet us. We boasted about how great it would be. We were so disappointed. The food was not good. We had burgers that did not look like real meat and did not taste good. Holding out for the custard, we were again disappointed by a very small serving size and it was not frozen and was more like a soft serve. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Hoping that we were just there on an off day and that this one time iconic restaurant really is better than what we experienced.

Ordered 2 banana splits jooseburger strawberry Sunday and chocolate cone.... the banana splits only had strawberry pineapple Carmel whipped cream and cherries.... first set of splits also had nuts had to wait 20 min just for them to come to the car to get them to fix them. Then when we got the new ones they weren't so new everything was melted and it looked as if all they did was scrape the nuts off the top added watered down whip cream and still left some pieces of nuts around the edges of the bowls.
