My experience at Liftoff has always been great UNTIL recently. Liftoff is extremely generous with their portion, which is why I always get a kid’s scoop. I simply just can’t finish the entire regular scoop and don’t want to waste. Every single time that I go in, the service has always been great. Everyone was always so nice and happy. I always ask if I can do 2 flavors with the kids scoop and the answer has always been yes for the past 2 years. However, I went there a couple of days ago and I was told no. I have 0 problem with the no itself, but it was the blunt and short tone delivered that caught me off guard. Hopefully this doesn’t continue to happen.

I come here frequently enough to say that the ice cream is pretty good. They have a good variety of flavors and dairy free options. I appreciate that they label all the ice creams well with major allergens as a gluten free person. The manager did a great job of getting all the order done tonight as it was very busy.

This is the best ice cream shop I have been to in a long time, really creamy consistency. And the prices were better than the two ice cream shops in my town by far. A single scoop is closer to two scoops. I got a double scoop for $5.50. The variety of flavors and the accuracy of the flavor to the name was excellent.

To walk into an establishment and not be acknowledged is lower than bad customer service, it’s horrible human decency. We walked into the store and there were 2 customers, together. There were also 3 employees. 1 was serving ice cream. The other walked directly in front of us, twice. Not only did she not speak, she literally did not look at us. Walked right by us and intentionally kept her look straight forward as if to act like we’re beneath speaking. Finally, the man came over and asked how we were doing, but I was already disrespected and even if I wanted to give them a second chance, it’s not as if he actually offered assistance. I’m not sure what the reason for such an awful and inhumane experience was because all we did was walk in the door.
