  First time ever having a less than stellar experience @ LM. Requested a 24oz affogato which typically has 6 shots of espresso and ice cream to lid. Looks closer to 16oz and one double shot of espresso instead of three double shots. Not impressed after leaving a 30 percent tip to make this purchase one $10 item and only receiving two thirds of a full cup. Asked the barista “is this all I get”? Only to be walked away on. Definitely not cool or appreciative of a 30 percent tip. When staff come to expect the tip without the service there’s definitely a problem. I’d like to chalk it up to a new staff member, but I shouldn’t have to request items be remade that don't at least fill the size of cup you’re selling and charging for. Putting 16oz in a 24oz cup is short changing the customers. People won’t return after feeling ripped off.

  Little millers in the valley love them ! Great employees great customer sevice, but anchorage on benson try again hire some new people. I will not be going back every time they have been snotty and today when I went she charged me for something I ordered but they didn't have and she charged me and I had to get a refund. I ordered a white mocha frappe with no coffee when she gave it to me she handed to me said nothing and walked away and it was a iced white mocha with coffee not what I ordered and when I told her she looked at me like I was stupid she proceeded to dump the ice coffee in the blender and blend it instead of remaking it with coffee and ice chunks all on the top and then left again without saying anything didn't even get the chance to tell her it was incorrect this was at 10 20 am on 7 /23 we didn't get the chance to ask her name but she was wearing a red hoodie i really hope you guys can talk to your staff because that was not ok.

  Pretty good, atleast for my family it was. Please write what the drink is on the cup, especially if two look similar, my mom had informed the lady taking our order that I had a peanut allergy, I had gotten a fudge milkshake while my little brother had gotten a peanut butter one, so we wanted to make sure there was no cross contamination. We had gotten our drinks, and they looked almost identical to eachother, and without thinking, after my little brother had taken his drink and started drinking it, I took the other drink, and to my surprise, it was peanut butter! I had to be rushed to the emergency room because my throat had started to close up. I don’t blame who took our order, but you guys should definitely be writing what drink it is on each cup

  Thank you for being here, serving in Anchorage!! Great ice cream I loved it!! Took my three kids here and we had to pull over to enjoy every lick of our regular cones! They were huge and we only ordered a small!! We will return and try all the flavors, sizes, and some coffee!! Service was great too! Good people working here makes it easier to want to return! So thank you for all around fantastic experience.
