  Loblolly Creamery is such a fun stop in the SoMa area. If you like creative flavors, this place really stands out. The honey lavender is a must try, it’s unique, smooth, and perfectly balanced without being overpowering. The space itself adds to the experience. It has that artsy, creative vibe that makes it feel more than just an ice cream shop, it fits right in with the character of the neighborhood. There was a line when we went, but it moved steadily and was absolutely worth the wait once you get your order. My advice, don’t be afraid to try something different here. That’s where Loblolly really shines, and you might end up finding a new favorite.

  This place was so Yummuy😋 When we walked in someone gave us coupons so that was lucky but if your getting a lot of ice cream it may be alil pricey because each scoop was $6 I think but it was delicious! And the inside looked so fun and whimsical for kids! Also they had sprinkles at the checkout counter that was dye free!!

  This place came highly recommended by a former local. We came in on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon and were lucky to find a seat because it was a constant stream of customers the entire time. I only had one scoop, the honey lavender, and it was amazing!

  The ice cream is delicious and the people behind the counter are incredibly kind. I complimented a workers hat, and she took it off her head and gave it to me without a second thought. I was astounded at her kindness. She is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever meet. I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves a raise! I’ll be telling everyone I know to go give loblolly a try!
