We’ve known Lofty Pursuits as a neat shop to pick up some desserts, candy and knick knacks. Little did we realize it’s also a great place to pick up some breakfast! We visited on a Saturday morning after seeing that they offered it , and were were surprised to see it was already very busy. However, our food came out fast, was well cooked and flavorful, and the service was nice as well. We were overall impressed that this sweet dessert shop is also a nice quick breakfast spot. Prices were very good too for what we got.

A place of that is well defined by its name. An amazing chicken sandwich, a delicious ice cream shake and a fun variety of toys, gifts and knick knacks. Felt like the book had to have its lunch at this place in Tallahassee. No where else would have worked or meant as much.

Quirky fabulousness !! The ice cream is premium and delicious. My hubby’s sundae was a masterpiece, and my vegan chocolate was rich deliciousness!! Traveling through and this was a perfect way to end our day! Love the workers, atmosphere and the ice cream was the cherry on top!

There was a blonde guy that was rude. The person I was with and I got a banana split and they didn’t put all the fruit/ingredients that were supposed to be on it. And when it was time to pay, the blonde guy put his own phone number for points it seemed like and skipped past the page where I could get my receipt AS SOON AS it showed up, before I could even click that I wanted it printed out, so I didn’t even get a copy of my receipt. The whole experience and atmosphere honestly put me in a bad mood because it was so frustrating. If I could put 0 stars for some of these options, I definitely would. As a response to the company’s reply: if there’s no phone number/loyalty system thats fine, but then I don’t know what he was typing on the card machine before I paid and still don’t appreciate that he was quick to skip past my being able to get a receipt. I have worked in service for years and the things he said and did were frustrating and rude. I’m pretty sure yelling and making fun of customers isn’t good service… Going back and getting a copy of the receipt would be a waste of gas and again, his service was so rude that the less I had to converse with him after his commentary, the better. I appreciate the willingness to reprint the receipt, but I have no interest in going back. It sucked because I’ve had the Mexican hot chocolate ice cream before and loved lofty pursuits, but the Banana split missing ingredients and that one employee being so rude, definitely make me not want to go back or recommend this place anymore.
