    A much better version of Cold Stone—nothing against that place, but I’ll take local every time. Cool little creamery with some really creative ice cream combos. We built our own with banana ice cream and toasted marshmallow… awesome presentation and even better flavor. We had just eaten, so we shared—but honestly, if we had more time in Louisville, I would’ve gone back and tried everything on the menu.     Staff is really friendly and the samples are generous. The icecream is pretty good and I saw people with some interesting icecream creation. It's located in a nice neighborhood. I tired the pretzel cone, not a big fan but it's worth a try

    ​👎😩 Wow, we have never thrown away ice cream in our life—until today. ​My husband and I stopped by Louisville Cream, and the employee attitude was terrible right off the bat. They were rolling their eyes at every customer, including us, looking completely annoyed that anyone even existed in the store. ​Then came the ice cream... ​We sampled the Biscoff and Salted Caramel, and ended up ordering the Oreo Cookies and Banana Pudding. All of them left a gross, lard-like coating of fat in our mouths. The Oreo flavor was sickeningly sweet, tasting just like the plain sugar filling of an Oreo. The Banana Pudding seemed fine on the very first bite, but immediately turned into a heavy, overpowering artificial banana taste and smell. ​It was so unpalatable that we had to throw both away, we triedour best to eat as much as possible but it was impossible. A complete waste.

    Delicious selection of ice cream!!! Loved the flight giving me the opportunity to try 4 different ice creams!!! All 4 were outstanding!!!
