I visited this shop after seeing so many great reviews, but unfortunately it was quite disappointing for me. I tried two flavors - Mamoo's Gold and Coconut. Mamoo's Gold was good, but the Coconut flavor had no real coconut taste at all. It felt like I was having Tang powder mixed in ice cream. The waffle bowl had way too much cinnamon powder on it, which made it taste very bitter with a strong overpowering smell of cinnamon that I personally did not enjoy at all. The presentation was also not up to the mark. Unlike other dessert shops where the scoops are nicely presented and look good for pictures, this one was quite messy. Lastly, the behavior of the staff was not very welcoming. It was my first time there so I was taking a little time to decide what to order, but instead of suggesting or helping, the lady at the counter kept rushing me, which really spoiled my mood. Overall, not a great experience for me. I hope they improve these things.

The BEST in Hit Springs!! I found the Midnight Fire flavor - think spicy chocolate - about 2 years ago. It is STILL my favorite! Each bite leaves you wanting just one more taste! Not too strong, not too light. Simply the perfect combination! Other hot (pepper extract) ice creams do not compare. I’ve tried every one I could find. Visit the basement of the Arlington to get your scoop. You won’t regret it❤️❤️

Mamoo's Creamery is hands down the best place in town for ice cream! Every scoop is rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious, with a huge variety of flavors so there's something for everyone. Whether you're in the mood for a classic favorite or want to try something new, you won't be disappointed. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and happy to help you choose the perfect flavor. The shop has a fun, inviting atmosphere that keeps us coming back again and again. If you're looking for amazing ice cream and outstanding customer service, Mamoo's Creamery is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying THIS IS THE BEST ICE CREAM EVER!!! The southern bourbon butter pecan is amazing. The strawberry is perfect. The vanilla milkshake awesome. My wife LOVED the root beer float (the actual float). She was wanting the lemon but they were out. Add in the aura of the Arlington hotel and you have a great experience. If I could give this 10 stars I would. I can’t wait to take a trip back to Hot Springs again bc this will be my very first stop.
