  Lauren was so amazing explaining the different types of soft serves and cookies. We initially were going to go for the cookies and crème but after the milk and cereal sample, we were sold! She was very attentive, kind and enthusiastic. Loved her energy!

  I've passed this place a couple times when I was in Vegas and finally decided to stop. Located on the second floor of the Cosmopolitan, this spot catches your eye with their neon sign and delicious looking treats. Unfortunately, that is where the praise stopped for me. I chose the build-a-pint dessert, that included cereal milk soft serve, a confetti cookie, hot fudge, and rainbow sprinkles. It genuinely looked good, but then I took a bite. This soft serve is the worst ice cream I've ever had. It straight up tasted like rotten milk. I hate wasting money, so I tried a couple more bites thinking it might get better, but it did not. I had to throw it away because I couldn't even force myself to finish it. The kicker? This thing costs $20. They may have some good stuff here, but I didn't experience it on my visit. Other people may love this stuff, but definitely not for me. If you're gonna splurge on one of their treats, I suggest asking for a sample to make sure you like the soft serve before shelling out twenty bucks. I learned the hard way.

  Lauren is a great cashier. She greeted me and really cares for her customers. i would come back here again. The ice cream is amazing.

  Milkbar is the BEST! Incredible desserts and great staff. Everything here is so good, but the milk bar pie and the cereal milk soft serve are absolutely must-haves. Don’t miss this one!
