such a lovely little ice cream shop w such unique flavors. i’m not kidding when i say that i have never seen any of their flavors anywhere else. the may floral flavors were to die for and they always offer something new every month w 4 new flavors while keeping a certain number of set flavors as well. just a quick note to anyone who struggles to handle fattier dairy products: this ice cream is pretty rich, so you might run the risk of it not sitting well…

Uma - Personally, I was able to finish a pint of this hybrid ice cream/sorbet goodness. 9/10 Black - It’s like eating brownie batter. Good but a bit sweet. 8/10 Milk jam - Doesn’t taste like goat. 7/10 Shosho - Tastes a bit artificial. 5/10 Thai tea - Hot taxi seat taste. 3/10 Cereal killer - Too sweet, better off eating actual cereal. 3/10

Always friendly staff, even on busy summer days. They offer samples of their flavors, which is great as they have seasonally rotating options, as well as fan favorite staples. They also always have vegan options which is great for dairy sensitivity folks.

My favorite ice cream place!! I love the toppings and signature desserts. They also have the darkest chocolate in the twin cities.
