  My husband and I decided to stop by the MilkShake Factory for a sweet treat, and we're so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the shop had a fun, welcoming atmosphere, and everything looked so good that it was hard to decide what to order. I ordered the Raspberries & Cream milkshake, and it was absolutely delicious! It was thick, creamy, and perfectly balanced not overly sweet. The raspberry flavor tasted fresh, and the cream made it incredibly smooth. It was one of the best milkshakes I've had in a long time. My husband ordered the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae, and it was just as impressive. The warm brownie, rich hot fudge, and creamy ice cream were the perfect combination. He also couldn't resist taking home a Rocky Road Bark, which was loaded with chocolate, marshmallows, and nuts. It was fresh, rich, and the perfect treat to enjoy later. Everything we tried tasted like it was made with high quality ingredients, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The staff was friendly, our order came out quickly, and the shop was clean and inviting. If you're looking for an amazing place to satisfy your sweet tooth, I highly recommend the MilkShake Factory. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. This place has earned every one of these five stars!

  For exceptional, hand made milkshakes with quality ingredients visit MilkShake Factory. Not only are they consistently delicious, but also the owner and personnel put customers first. The owner noticed that I was outside on the sidewalk struggling with my rewards site. He kindly came outside offering friendly, efficient help. They also pleased my service dog with a pup cup. As her tiny muzzle is too short for pup cups, they accommodated by placing her treat on a lid that she could joyfully manage. For the best milkshakes, malts and specialty treats in town, visit the MilkShake Factory in Briargate. (I had already drank a good bit of my milkshake before the photos.)

  Wow!! Best chocolate I've had in the United States!! It literally tastes like European chocolate!!! The milkshakes were also the best I've ever had! Is it overpriced? Absolutely! But for a sweet treat every now and then, it's doable!

  Best milkshakes in the northern hemisphere!!! The owner Juan Bar is an absolute legend!! He’s the nicest, smartest, best milkshake maker ever. The entire staff is “S-tier” and the almond chocolate bark is insanely good!!! Best value anywhere. I’ve never been to the southern hemisphere but I’d assume this is even best in the world! (I’m 8 and wrote this on my dad’s account)
