My sister suggested we try this place, and I’m glad we did! We tried the raspberry shake and the chocolate strawberry shake, and both were really good. The staff was friendly, the shop was cute, and everything felt clean and inviting. It’s always fun finding another local Gilbert spot to support, and we’d definitely come back to try more flavors.

We went during their grand opening and it was absolutely delicious! I had the s’mores milkshake and I can’t wait to have another one. My kids really enjoyed them! If you find yourself down here, take the time and stop in! It was awesome

Oh my goodness, I have a new favorite place to get milkshakes! The Milkshake Factory in Gilbert is awesome! We got a couple of milkshakes that were delicious along with some amazing chocolate. As somewhat of a chocolate connoisseur, there’s chocolate, and then there is chocolate…this is the latter. Even the little chocolate piece they put in the shake is excellent. Great vibe, excellent service, fantastic shakes and bark, you can’t go wrong with this place. Definitely recommend and I’ll be back again soon! Update: went back again tonight and got the Raspberry and Cream - Amazing!

Wow! Doesn't even begin to describe this place. These milkshakes are not only esthetic to the eye but the taste amazing! Not only that but they have dairy free/ gluten free milkshake that taste amazing! It has been so long since I've had a milkshake and I was so pleasantly surprised how good it was. They took every precaution under the sun! Fresh ice cream tub fresh scooper cleaned the machine everything! Will without a doubt be back!!! The staff is so friendly and happy! If I could give 10 stars I would.
