It’s always hard to find a decent ice cream place. MJ’s has not only some amazing ice cream, but other menu items as well! Some great boba, bubble waffles, gelato, hot drinks, protein smoothies, etc. everything they offer is delicious! I had my first bubble waffle today and it was dangerously good. If you haven’t had MJ’s, don’t wait like I did to try it for the first time! The staff is super nice and friendly too!

I just visited MJ's last night for the first time since the new owners took over and they are so nice! They have updated the seating so there is more places to sit and given the place a positive lift! They have tea, boba tea, green tea, shakes, croissants, coffee and other hot drinks, cookies and amazing looking unique deserts made fresh! Also hours are now more consistent and so happy I can still take my son after 5pm when I get off work! Please check it out & show them some Norfolk support! #supportsmallbusinesses

As a connoisseur of chipwiches I have searched far and wide for one that isn’t just aesthetic but actually edible. So many places from the Penn State Creamery and Jersey shore have chipwiches that are too big and the cookie is too hard that it’s basically inedible unless you can unhinge your jaw. But the chipwich at MJs is soft and just big enough to satisfy while still being absolutely delicious. 100/10 would recommend.
