First time at Monarca's. It's a slight twist on custom ice cream. Everything's served on a stick (like a fudgsicle). It's totally different and it totally works. The ice cream is very creamy, and there was a whole bunch of toppings to choose from. I went with coffee ice cream topped with Nutella, toffee, and baked coconut flakes. I would totally order it again! 👍🏼👍🏼

This was our first time trying paletas! I would absolutely recommend this place! The paletas were delicious and we had great service.

The paletas are absolutely delicious and the service was very friendly. They have a great variety of flavors to choose from. My favorites were the Dubai Chocolate and Marzipan paletas — so good! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

One of the most delicious frozen treats in the Des Moines metro!!! Totally worth it!!! I highly recommend the mango with tajin dip and chamoy drizzle!! Made with mango fruit not only juice. There's something for everybody. My whole family loved what they chose. Will definitely go again.
