Hands down the absolute best spot to get ice cream in Baltimore! You can instantly tell how much the owners care about the quality of their products—they use premium dairy sourced from Pennsylvania and focus on incredible local ingredients. They feature a fantastic rotation of creative seasonal ice cream flavors, and they are incredibly inclusive with their menu. If you don't do dairy, they offer an amazing vegan soft serve option as well as refreshing snow cones during the summer months. Beyond the treats, it is a wonderfully welcoming, proudly queer-owned local business with the coolest atmosphere—think disco balls and a fantastic, upbeat soundtrack. The owners and staff genuinely care about their customers and treat everyone like family. We end up coming here at least once a week because the product is phenomenal and the community energy they've built is so special. A true Fed Hill neighborhood gem!

Not quite sure why it's only 4.9! Moo Moo Cows is REALLY good. The ice cream is exceptional, the staff are great - helpful/friendly, the shop is great..... This is well worth the trip to Balitimore if you're in the area and are an ice cream fan (which you should be!). The photos are of a 3 scoop sundae. Chocolate (because of course), mint chip, and a coffee with coffee beans. I tried to finish it..... Didn't make it even with help. Highly recommended.

Popped in with my husband and toddler when she asked for a milkshake after dinner. we found it by luck, checking Google for options near where we had dinner, as we are not locals and were visiting Baltimore for the weekend. we ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch soft serve. it was the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I will be dreaming about it for the rest of my life, and probably plotting trips back to Baltimore so I can have it again. The staff was so friendly and loved the vibe of the store itself. my daughter‘s strawberry marble milkshake was equally delicious. 15/10 would recommend!

Genuinely the best ice cream I've ever had in my life. I got a double scoop cup with brownie batter and "moo-moo cream" (basically Oreo) with Reese's cups as topping for ~$7 which is honestly a great deal. I truly enjoyed the ice cream, although I do wish the owners were a bit more welcoming.. it felt like we weren't welcome and were kind of rushed lol, but to be fair it was a humid day so I am sure they were overwhelmed with work that day.
