If I could give it 6 stars I would. This place is super delicious. There are lots of rotating flavors and the ice cream tastes really fresh, no ice crystals. We waited over 30 mins in line to get it and had no regrets. We enjoyed seeing all the cows at their farm from the shop. Will be here many more times.

I hate to say I find this place a bit overrated. It was nice, good service, and it was fun to look at the cows while eating icecream. However, it was an expensive, moderate portion of adequate ice cream. I had Cherries MOObilee. I much prefer Hudsonville Traverse City Cherry Fudge. Others in our party found the ice cream very good, but not up to the hype. Sorry 😬

This place is well worth it! Fresh homemade ice cream with a deck overlooking the pasture where the dairy cows roam! Highly recommend!

Beware. Rude teenagers work here and an even more rude boss/manager. Zero accountability, extremely defensive and poor customer service. I ordered a pup cup, handed directly to me from a worker, carried it to the patio and gave it to my dog. We picked the cup up and found a partially dissolved pill in the cup of ice cream. Quietly and calmly I asked the staff what it could be and was met with scrutiny and denial that it could ever come from their kitchen. They got the manager involved who also said there was no way as they do not have any medicines in the shop. Employees don’t take Tylenol or aspirin when they have a headache? Do you check their purses and pockets? I doubt it. I didn’t make a scene. I didn’t even bother asking for a refund, I asked for the cup back and immediately took my dog to the emergency vet. Where she required overnight care. Now I’m not accusing them of poisoning my dog intentionally. Accidents happen, and in some strange way maybe she picked it up on the patio and spit it into the cup. Regardless we were treated like we were liars and trying to ruin their business. Because why I would spend thousands of dollars in medical treatment over sixteen dollars worth of ice cream. We barely got a half hearted apology. I love traverse city and I’ve been coming here for years, but this will no longer be a destination spot for our family.
