Stopped by Morse Maple Farm and it did not disappoint! The maple + chocolate swirl ice cream cone was absolutely delicious, a must-try if you visit. We also picked up maple syrup candies, a jug of maple syrup, and these sriracha maple cashews that were a surprisingly tasty combo of sweet and spicy. The store itself is impressively large with a great variety of maple products and gifts, way more than I expected. And right outside, there's a swing and a bench that make for a perfect little spot to relax and enjoy your ice cream. Such a charming, chill vibe. Highly recommend!

My go-to maple creemee stop on the way home from Montpelier to Calais. The staff are always so nice and move customers quickly through the line, so you never have to wait too long! They have take-home pints of their maple, chocolate, & twist, local breads, maple kettle corn in a variety of sizes, fudge, fun stickers and VT products like magnets & buttons. I can always find great little gifts here for kids & adults! They are dog-friendly and I so appreciate being able to sit with my dog, enjoy the beautiful view, and savor my maple creemee with maple dust on it 🍦

Solid maple creme but not sure if it’s worth a detour. Couldn’t skip a Maple Creemee on our recent Vermont trip, so we made a quick stop here after lunch. Not a huge detour from the popular towns in the area, but still an extra 15-20mins. Was really looking forward to this, but it turned out pretty disappointing. Hardly any maple flavor, just straight up sugar. The only good part was the maple dust I added on top, basically a fine powdered maple sugar that gave it the depth the ice cream itself was missing.

This is a large store of a local maple syrup supplier. The store may get touristic as I saw a large bus with the tourists stopping by and all the people coming to the shop at once. However it’s still a family owned place. They offer 4 kinds of sample syrup to try as well as some flavoured versions on top of that. The staff were only partially welcoming to us as foreign tourists but were more welcoming to the Americans. The syrup itself was good but the maple creamy was not at all. It just tasted like vanilla flavoured ice cream and much worse than the maple creamy we tried in another place
