It was crowded on a Thursday night when we went, but the staff helped every guest with the same level of fantastic service! They weren’t annoyed at my indecision and offered samples to help me 😁. I loved the wide selection of chocolate based flavors as a self proclaimed chocoholic. They have lots of flavors so there is something for everyone in your party!

This is a neat place, but honestly I was not impressed by the banana split. I am sorry Mountain Brook Creamery. I would love to try other things though!

Rude staff and not welcoming service. My family of 5 went in to get ice cream and was rudely, and loudly, told in the busy store to “get in or get out and close the door”. It caught some of the customers off guard even with the due quieting down a bit. The store was obviously busy but my family was still trying to make their way inside. I understand having a busy work day, but your tone with all customers still should be appropriate and considerate of others. I addressed the employee directly because of his disgusting behavior and do plan on speaking with the manager as well.

I love, love, love the creamery! They have great ice cream flavors. Red velvet cake is my fav!!! If you're ever in town check it out.
