Was on my first visit to West Virginia. Found Mr. Richards after doing some internet research, looking for the famed West Virginia slaw dog. Mr. Richards more than delivered, serving me the best hot dog ever. Had a great milk shake as well. Looking forward to another hot dog!

Stopped in and ordered the pastrami sub, turkey sub, tots with chili and cheese... everything was very good 👍😊 the staff was very friendly respectful and courteous. Pastrami was excellent tasting. 1/2# of meat on a sub! Will definitely be back to try the hotdog 🌭 and icecream 🍦. Veteran owned too.

I got a small chocolate cup, small vanilla shake, small strawberry and watermelon snowball, and a regular rootbeer float. All together, $20 including a tip. Very fair prices. Everything was good. We will definitely be back. Customer service was immaculate. Gentleman running the register was very patient as we (myself) took a while to decide what we wanted. Great, cute little stop for ice cream. Will be trying the dogs next!

We found Mr. Richard's Hot Dog and Soft Serve Icecream while looking for an evening treat. Needless to say this will now be a regular stop when we are in the area. My banana boat was so big I simply couldn't finish it. It was absolutely delicious though with just the right amount of toppings. My husband got a 1/4 pound beef chili and cheese hotdog and was a very happy man. The owner is an absolute delight. We will definitely be back!
