We’ve been going there for years and they’ve got some of the best ice cream around. The staff has always been nice and they’ve got so many solid flavors. Nothing like getting some ice cream at Mrs. Walkers on a summer night and eating outside. They’re busy pretty often in the summer though, so prepare for a little wait.

This place is a staple of Toms River. Yes you may have to wait a bit on line, but thats only because they are usually busy. This is because of their long standing reputation in the community for some of the best home made ice cream around. Sundays, flurries, shakes & cakes are all great. Outside seating for nice nights but parking is limited ao you may have to use a neighboring business.

Ordered a cake a week in advance, gave all the details, and of the all details were correct on the receipt. Opened the box and the customizations were not there. Called to inquire about what happened and was told that the “cake decorators are new and we’ve had to tell them multiple times”. Okay? If this is an ongoing issue, why aren’t cakes being double checked before getting handed to the customer? Only resolution offered was to drive back to the store to pick up the missing ingredients. Absolutely not acceptable when you’re paying $50 for an 8 inch cake.
