Went to the Old Town location earlier tonight to get my stepmother out of the house for a bit and she loved her ice cream and I loved the snoball I got. We normally go to another shop that is nearby (the times we went there it was the place that was open at that time) but I personally wanted a snoball (if had malts I would have probably gotten that instead I will admit) so I went where my "snowballs near me" Google search suggested. We will be back.

We visited Ms. Mary’s Old Time Snoballs while in Mississippi from California, and it was absolutely delicious! We tried the butter pecan snow ball, the caramel apple shake, and a Reese’s ice cream sundae—each one was full of flavor and so good. The young man who brought our order was very polite and friendly. We also really enjoyed the charm of the cute city it’s in. Definitely worth a stop!

Just because someone is a type 1 diabetic doesn't mean they can't have sugar, they need to be corrected with insulin to breakdown the sugar consumed. I took my daughter and my niece out to enjoy Bay St Louis on this beautiful Saturday. After our adventure we stopped at Mrs Mary's snowball stand in old town for a sweet treat. The girls wanted a unicorn snowball. I asked the lady for the nutritional value information. She said " sugar, sugar,sugar" I told her that my child is a type 1 diabetic and I wanted to know how much sugar is in the item. She seriously and in front of my daughter she said " sounds like she doesn't need one" I was shocked. How rude. I explained to her that she can have anything she wants i just need to know the amount of sugar in it so I can correct for it. To literally tell a special needs child she doesn't need a snowball bc she has health issues is wild. All I asked for was a nutritional list. Long story short I won't be back.

Ms. Mary's is a 2 location establishment in the Bay St. Louis area of South Mississippi. They have amazing snowballs, ice cream, shakes, along with a menu of other items. We enjoy going that it has become our little go to when out and about Kids love going, and the location in old town is within walking distance to almost everything Look them up on Facebook New location servers breakfast and lunch
