If you are in the area visiting O'Smiley's Toys, walk one block to Mt. Washington Creamy Whip. I was jonesing for some ice cream before we left for home. They serve four different flavors of soft serve ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, blueberry and pineapple). Swirling is available. They also offer some flavors of hand dipped ice creams as we as baked goods like brownies, thumb print cookies. There is seating out front on the sidewalk as well as some limited seating in the back. This was our second time at this ice cream shop and we honestly didn’t have the best experience. We showed up tonight, a Sunday night, 20 minutes prior to close. The first young lady who interacted with us immediately seemed annoyed and told us she was able to take our order at the counter when we were ready. We stood back for a minute to take in the menu and decide what we both wanted and when she realized we weren’t ready, she just put away the pad and walked away. That’s fine, we finally decided and a young man took our order and was very nice. The same lady from the beginning built my boy

Love the old fashioned style creamy whip. Lots of memorabilia hung on the walls and some old style TVs. The workers were all very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The ice cream was divine! Perfect texture and the cookie dough topping was to die for (only $1 extra for 4 large scoops). The lemonade milkshake was perfectly sweet with a subtle lemon flavor. Loved it! The shake, ice cream with cookie dough, and a small chocolate ice cream was only $13. Very affordable!!

Mt. Washington Creamy Whip is hands-down the best spot if you’re craving edible cookie dough and soft serve. Everything is absolutely delicious—rich, fresh, and worth every bite. On top of that, the service is exceptional and always makes the experience even better. Such a fun, go-to treat spot!
