Went in with my kids and two of their friends. There was 7 of us. No one else was in the store. My daughter’s friend suggested based on the delicious ice cream. We love supporting local small businesses. However, we were met with a rude, snappy, charge happy, individual with poor customer service. Refused to give us samples after three of us got handed “sample” of the hazelnut fudge. Given it was our first time, we asked about doing multiple flavors. Asked questions. My husband ordered a single flavor cone. The ice cream amount was tiny. He said, didn’t taste great. The cone was stale. The sample I tried tasted old. It looked as though it had melted and refroze. I opted to pay for our one cone that by husband ordered. She tried charging me for 3 different special cones. And I requested her to go back to check what I was being charged for. And she rolled her eyes and sighed. Right then I should have dropped the cone we were given and refused to pay. But I left even leaving a tip. And took our business to our favorite small business ice cream place not too far away.

Wonderful ice cream spot with many unique flavors and options. They have few wilder flavors but most of them make sense there not so over the top that they don’t even taste good anymore there just for the shock value. I got vanilla bean and “play dough” which is more tame flavors then it sounds I think some blueberry and something else I’m forgetting.

I have been here three times. First experience was fantastic and they carry an ice cream flavor that’s hard to find so I went back a second time. This time an older female with grey hair, thin face and nose was working. She never smiled, her non verbals lead me to believe she was very unhappy with her job, having a bad dad or annoyed with us as customers. Anyways, that hard to find flavor is my mom’s favorite so we came back this time with my mom. The same lady was working. No smile, no welcome in, not neighborly at all in my opinion. I asked a question about an ice cream flavor and she looked at me and said mocha……and so I said so it has coffee and she says yeah…..but all the other patrons were getting samples. She closed the lid and her non verbals and lack of personality was enough for me. I ordered my mom’s ice cream, got nothing for myself and I will not be returning.

The ice cream was good but the man behind the counter obviously hated his job he had zero customer service 😔 we wanted more to our ice cream but he was in such a bad mood we couldn't even ask. We were so happy today in such good moods, we tried to be nice. But he didn't seem to want to help the customers. We won't be going back.
