If I could leave 0 stars i would. Waited 9 minutes at the window before they opened it. Had to ring the bell for them to open it. Lady acted like she was deaf and couldn't take my order. It took 20nwhole minutes before I was fed up enough of waiting for 2 mocha espresso before I rang the bell again and demanded our drink or money back. Worst service I have ever seen. A turtle could have done better and also to top it off they made a 30 minute window before we were supposed to be at a wedding disappear. They were fully staffed just plain lazy and ignorant.

Husband and I waited at the drive thru window for five minutes without being acknowledged. Y’all claim to be open according to the flashing red “OPEN” sign. We could see employees working, rang the doorbell. Nothing. A “We will be right with you” would have sufficed. Weird and super rude experience. I’m sure the coffee would have been great!

Delicious! I always stop here when I’m in town. Today we got pumpkin spice latte, add whip and graham cracker crumbs. white chocolate mocha latte, turkey Swiss panini, everything bagel, chocolate milkshake, chocolate chip cookies and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies! I recommend all! Plus the people are very nice and friendly! Don’t miss the chance to taste these treats!

If you want ice cream go somewhere else. This was melted ice milk they served hot fudge sundae in a glass with a straw banana split was melted with only pineapple and whipped cream no chocolate or strawberry It was awful and 27 dollars for three melted ice creams.
