This is a clean friendly place with homemade ice cream, yes they make their own ice cream and excellent choice of flavors for their shaved ice. They are even starting to make Italian water ice . All are products of the northern states where they really know how to satisfy your tastebuds with the best tasting products. No one can beat the deliciousness of Oliwias's. I should know, I'm from Philly. 👍🏻

Lovely small town shop with delicious Hawaiian style shave ice and fantastic hand scooped ice creams. There’s seating both inside and outside. The staff is super friendly, and there isn’t a bad item on the menu. Highly recommend.

This is an awesome place. I had the "Golden Oreo"ice cream. The ice cream is homemade! Just another one of the great places to visit in our beloved city of Hartselle! The young lady working solo on April 26th 2026 was amazing! Despite it being so busy with customers;She handled all the request with ease and remained very kind and professional. This visit I had a double serving of the"Reese's Cup Swirl";Absolutely scrumptious! Oliwias is excellent! I enjoyed a double serving of the vanilla ice cream on this National Ice Cream Day 2026(July 19th). Excellent! I love the rewards!

The best shaved ice and homemade ice cream around! Employees are always so nice and welcoming! The owner is very friendly and polite every visit we have! The place is well kept and we leave satisfied every time! Our go to place for sweet treats 👍😊
