    When you walk in it is chilly in a good way and the air has a sweet aroma. they have great service, waffle cones are good, and there is outside eating available. They need to update the menu on Google.

    Vegan and gluten free options! I had a root beer float with dairy free fudge ice cream. Delicious! Nephew really enjoyed the strawberry ice cream with chocolate chips.

    Fell in love with the lavender ice cream at the chocolate shop inside Union Station a few years ago. Only recently discovered it's made by One More Scoop, who have two shops of their own - one in Belton, Missouri & one on Vivion Rd north of the river in KC. I was in Belton for something today, so I found the shop & went in. My daughter chose the tiramisu while I had the cranberries & cream. Both flavorful & rich like ice cream should be. Several permanent flavors as well as seasonal choices. One More Scoop shares their "birthday" with President Harry Truman (May 8). A perfect day to celebrate the best ice cream, but any day becomes special with One More Scoop. The shop was a quieter, peaceful experience than Union Station (not to mention much easier parking). Will definitely go back - likely more often than I should.

    As a wedding coordinator with The Perfect Touch KC, I have worked with One More Scoop a few different times and they are always great! They show up early, and are always so friendly with guests as they order their ice cream! Highly recommend using them!
