More than just ice cream! I stopped here this morning for a breakfast burrito and a bag of Ness Beans. I’ve never had their breakfast before so I didn’t know what to expect. Wow! They might have my new favorite hand held breakfast burrito in the region! First off it’s HUGE, the chile (Christmas) was flavorful and it did have a kick! It had a ton of sausage, and just the right amount of potatoes and eggs. Plus the owner is nice as can be and we chatted about life for a bit. Anytime I’m in town I’ll 100% stop at Opel’s for some breakfast and maybe even wash it down with some ice creams!

Brought my children here, they have a handful selection of different ice cream or toppings to put on. The prices are decent. And apparently they serve good breakfast, too! The outdoor set up is nice. I will definitely be coming back to this cute ice cream shop!!

We love Opals!!!! Ice cream and banana splits hit the sweet tooth! When cold and need something to warm you up her soups are tasty and a go to! Amber the owner is the sweetest! Sadly I have no pictures of my food but trust me you want to check her place out.

Attempted to do a call in today because all I was craving for the past week has been an opel ice cream. Yesterday I drove down and got told it would be a 10 minute wait just to get an order taken so I understood and left due to having a short lunch break.Today I call and try to call in the order beforehand so I can pick it up on arrival and not miss out. I was told they don’t do call in orders on icecream which is 50% of their business. I did let her know I’d be there in less than 5 minutes and have a short lunch. I just don’t understand why and I do not understand why there isn’t a freezer to keep customers sweets cold. Like i said I attempted to go back today after yesterday’s encounter but was just ran off in the end.
