I have been getting Jojo’s for years (picked up by my office manager at work) but today was my first time actually stepping foot into Patterson’s and wow, what a gem. We are and have been so lucky to have such a one-of-a-kind place in Martinsburg. With its history, offerings and wonderful customer service I’m sad to see them leave this location, but wishing success in the future at their new location! What a legacy and thank you for sharing for so many years with our community.

I went to pick up meds in July was told my medicine was sent back they did this without calling to let me know stated would fill again no problem I agreed to that.An hour had went by and went back to get meds they were not filled and the pharmacy person had a bad attitude.I said it's ok I will not be back here switching to another pharmacy The service I received from Patterson's had went down to poor compared to past.I had asked for insulin needle head to be exchanged were too big I use insulin pins .Pharmacy tech agreed to exchange them I never received them or a call explaining why.I would

Great new spin on a legendary pillar in Martinsburg. Owners are extremely knowledgeable and the JoJo is still going strong!

I took my kids and nieces and nephew there today for ice cream, and everything was great. The staff and other customers were very friendly. Their sundaes, root beer floats, and ice cream sodas were old fashioned and delicious.
