Cute place in covington for some ice cream! Its outdoor space is cute with picnic tables and lights. Was packed busy on a Monday evening with line out the door, probably took 15 mins. You can tell the place is understaffed, all the staff was made up of young kids who seemed a bit overwhelmed. Also remember, it’s just soft serve! No scoopable ice cream

I’ve been coming here for about four years now, and it’s easily one of my favorite ice cream spots. They recently moved to a new location, and I’m happy to say it still has everything I’ve always loved about it. The have an incredible selection with at least 50, if not closer to 100, flavors and toppings to choose from. It’s the kind of place where you can try something new every time. The staff is just as wonderful, always friendly and welcoming. If you enjoy having lots of options and like getting a little creative with your desserts, this place is definitely worth a visit.

First time at Piper’s and WOW — it was GREAT! The flavors, the atmosphere, the staff… all of it lived up to the hype. You can tell this place puts love into what they do. So many fun combinations to choose from that we already can’t wait to go back and try more. Covington definitely has a gem here!

I was really excited to try this place because I prefer supporting small businesses over large chains whenever I can. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I ordered the turtle sundae, but it barely had any toppings. There were only small drizzles of chocolate and caramel on top and very little whipped cream. The ice cream itself was also underwhelming. I ordered caramel, but it tasted more like plain vanilla. Normally I wouldn't leave a negative review, but after looking through other customer reviews, I was even more disappointed by the way the owner responds to feedback. As a business owner myself, I understand that negative reviews can be frustrating, but publicly insulting or belittling paying customers is never a good look. I genuinely wanted this to become our new go to ice cream spot, but between the product and the owner's responses to customers, I won't be returning. I hope they take the feedback to heart and make some improvements.
