The chocolates are absolutely beautiful. Each piece looks like edible art, ALMOST too pretty to eat. But once you take a bite, the flavors are incredible without being overly sweet. The staff was super helpful and friendly, taking time to explain the different flavors and making recommendations. I also tried their espresso, which paired wonderfully with the chocolates. That said, seating is very limited and pretty sparse. There are only a few spots to sit, so if you're planning to linger and enjoy your treats on-site, it might feel cramped or you may end up standing/taking it to go. The biggest downside for me was the price—it's definitely on the expensive side, even for artisanal, handcrafted chocolates. You pay a premium, but the quality justifies it for a special treat.

Saw the shop was near where we were going and decided to stop after looking at the site. Sorry, but the shop is not worth the hype. We started with one of their chocolate salted caramel cakes ($12). The inner cake was rough/dry and the outside was not good. It was like a ganache, but flavored like whipped cream. The candies are beautiful but way overpriced ($3.60 each). The four pieces I bought cost almost $16.00. They are very small. The flavor is good, but nothing extraordinary. The mint had no mint flavor and the tea/honey tasted just like chocolate. The rosemary did have good flavor. The shop itself is very small having about 5 two-seater tables. The counter had about 6 seats, but some you couldn't sit at due to their stuff in the way. Also, I agree with welcoming everyone into your business, but the pride month paraphernalia was really in your face here. If you're close by try for yourself, but I wouldn't recommend going out of your way. You can buy chocolate at Water's Edge Chocolates in Tullahoma and its delicious at a much reasonable price and so many options. *Update after company reply: In regard to my comment about pride decor, I felt I was respectful with my opinion. Not everyone supports it. And I understand people can just leave if they choose. We chose to stay and try out the desserts. But there's no reason for the owner to reply with a sarcastic comment meant to be rude. Not cool...

We had a wonderful interaction with staff. The place immediately sparks joy. Whimsy and good feelings are manifested with the decor. Now, on to the treats. We were offered ice cream samples. And ended up eating pumpkin and banana pudding, which were both superb. The flavors of each were authentically created and a refreshing change from other ice cream's artificial flavors. Afterwards, we ordered 7 artisan chocolate creations. We enjoyed 3 in the store and 4 when we returned home. Our staff member was excited to share the process on how cinnamon roll was infused into Let the Good Times Roll. And this added to our experience. Our top 2 were: Pumpkin up the Volume, and yes, Let the Good Times Roll. For us, we appreciated the straightforwardness of these flavors. We also ordered: a cookie, Macarons, and one Orange Habanero Caramel. The cookie was very good. The Macarons were OUTSTANDING. We would 100% get more of any flavor to try. These were as near perfection as any I have ever had. And last, but definitely not least...the caramel. This caramel was one of the most interesting and delicious sweets I have ever had. The flavor continued to build. The depth and simplicity were paired perfectly. I would highly encourage you to try this. We drove from Nashville to Huntsville for the weekend. This was the only thing I really wanted to do. And I would 100% recommend including it or making a day trip for here.

Hello y'all! So, today is a new chocolate shoppe. Huntsville has a breathtaking, beautiful, sweet, blue sky & a chocolate shoppe that takes ideas & fun concepts to the edge of that beautiful blue yonder expanse! Recently, just this week, I've been reading about how many chocolate products we all know & love are actually made of weird oils & sugar & less then 10-30% actual chocolate. 🫥 Not here! 🥰 This is; handmade, in house, genuine, beautiful, high quality chocolate. If you are a purist you don't want substitutes, pretends, partially funky hydrogenated whatever. 😬🙂↔️ Instead you want something local, something made by a human being who might also be the person who came up with actual flavor or design, here in Rocket city you get exactly that. Prices are based on the value of the products. If you plan on high quality don't wince if it is more then a gas station. 😉 Treat your local chocolatier with the respect of a high quality professional elite chef, because they are. This is a specialized skill, it takes incredible skills. I know; steak costs, saffron costs, coffee costs! So, chocolate is rare, & beautiful & highly sought after. Don't eat weird 70% seed oil with "flavoring" & gab you know chocolate & compare it to luxury high end perfection with artistic ephemera. No one compares tofu burgers with steak! Treat chocolate with the same love, respect, & knowledge you do coffee! P.s., this is a tiny southern rant, my tantrums on elegant food value run soooo much longer 😋 You know where to go for Easter this year! Or birthdays 🎂 or after a long flight, or after a conference, or before that board meeting, or after closing a new deal!
