The elderly man working here was sweet, but the service was very poor. He didn't get any of our orders right and he was very difficult to understand. Many flavors were out, one of the flavors was freezer burned, and we were charged the wrong amount. The inside store is closed so you can only order ice cream through the drive-thru without seeing or sampling the flavors. This must've been a great place to go 5 years ago, but it's not quite there anymore.

My family and I have been coming for years and love it here! The ice cream is fantastic, and the gentleman who owns the place is such a sweetheart. We love coming back every time we visit Scottsbluff!

Came and the guy working was very rude. We ended up not ordering and left to go to Dairy King. No inside seating. They also only take cash. Not a good first visit.
