Spotted their food truck at the art fair and couldn't resist trying their strawberry cheesecake which I topped with graham cracker pieces—it was delicious, complete with a fresh strawberry! Already counting down the days until I can swing by their shop for more tasty treats. I ate it quickly and totally missed the chance to capture a photo. UPDATE: I stopped by the shop. Delicious as usual. I love this place. The almond pistachio flavor was delicious. Pumpkin flavor was also yummy!!!

This has incredible pop treats in favors you wouldnt consider. They offer sorbet, gelato, ice cream along with delicatble toppings.

My family and I came across this unique dessert spot while at a nearby establishment. The name Pop In grabbed our attention first. When we realized they served an array of dessert style pop cycles we had to try it. We ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake with graham cracker crust dusted on top along with strawberry drizzle, Banana Hazelnut Fudge, and Tito’s Blue Lagoon. We’ll definitely be returning to try other flavors. Did I mention this is a black owned establishment ✨
