We took a trip to Red Wing and stopped in at Red Wing Confectionery. They offer handmade chocolates, saltwater taffy, truffles, old-fashioned candy, and Cedar Crest ice cream served in regular cones and hand-dipped chocolate waffle cones.Their chocolate is decadent. They also have MorningStar coffee and cold drinks. You can get a root beer float made with Sprecher’s root beer. There is something here for everyone, and we found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming It is absolutely worth the stop when you're in Red Wing.

This was a fun shop to visit while we were in Red Wing. They have ice cream, hand made chocolates, and lots of other sweets! The server was not very friendly. She was busy making candy and it appears she did not want to be taken away from her work. We were the only customers in the store. We purchased a variety of chocolates and sweets that were very good. If you're in Red Wing, you should definitely stop by for a treat!

Ice cream is delicious. Had the Mackinaw Island Fudge and mint. The mint was super interesting. It had flakes of mint chocolate and chocolate flakes. Was great. Also, bought a bear claw. Have yet to try it, but it looks good. Cashier recommended the chocolate covered chips and caramels. I would have tried the chips, but they were fully covered in chocolate. If they had partial coverage, would have bought that for sure. No public restrooms, so don't think you will swing by for a bathroom break and sweet treat.

Stopped for a maple nut ice cream waffle cone. It hit the spot. Friendly service. Tasted great. Don’t believe there was seating inside or outside. But walked around outside on a beautiful day. Great ice cream spot in Red Wing. Lots of alternative treats but stuck with ice cream.
