    This store is a one-stop solution for gifting chocolates. 6/5: five stars for it but -5 for customer service. Let me explain: When I asked for Dubai Chocolate at the counter, the person apologized for not having more variety and recommended the "dubai chocolate cones" by Galil brands. The person on the counter said that these are "exactly like Dubai chocolates." I tried two chocolates—just to be sure—and noticed they were nothing like "Dubai chocolate." This simply has no pistachios. Check image. Despite the cold winds, I walk back to explain my issue and return the product. The staff was hostile and refused to acknowledge it. despite check the product himself, said, "The product does not have to look like the image," and "It is a bastardized version of Dubai Chocolate." He also said that management would respond the same way and offer to take a new box. I just checked the product and it's the same. Despite your excellent collection and the store's proximity to my home, I will never visit it again. For 15 USD, you lost a client with a sweet tooth.

    Stop by before the baseball game to stock up on treats. This place didn't disappoint! It's large enough to have a thorough selection, but not so big that you feel overwhelmed. The person working had great fashion and a great personality. 6/1/2025. A definite must do when downtown. (Plus, a lot of people don't know this, but you can bring food into Progressive Field! Candy, whole pizza, a rack of lamb... anything!).

    My kids had always wanted to check out a Rocket Fizz, so when we stumbled upon this one, we had to go in! They were thrilled with how many candy options and nostalgic sodas there were. The layout of the store was well defined and the staff was also very friendly. Definitely a nostalgic blast from my childhood from a candy perspective!

    Great little shop downtown Cleveland. Full of candy and various nostalgia like comics and aliens. Wide selection of bottled sodas in various brands and flavors. We purchased freeze dried candies, bag of taffy and hard canndy. I got a fruit punch sour puss soda! The kids love this store. If you have children i highly recommend 💚💯💯
