  Rocket Fizz in Grand Rapids is a great place to take kids if you want to let them pick out a fun treat. The store has a really fun atmosphere and is packed with a huge variety of candy. For the size of the shop, I was really impressed with the selection. They’ve got everything from classic candies to some really unique stuff you don’t see everywhere. They also have tons of different sodas to choose from, which was really cool to look through. There are so many unusual and hard to find flavors that it almost feels like a soda museum.   Well compared to other retro candy/pop stores it's small, with limited selection and super high prices. It makes the movie theater's consecions seem like a bargin. I bought a candy bar for eight dollars. When I got home I found it on line for $2.99. The best candy store I've been to in Michigan is in Ypsilanti Mi The Rocket Candy & Novelties. Great selection and prices. Cosmic Candy is ok, some interesting things...not a lot and pricing is ok to. Hope you can find my purchase it was cash about 2:00 PM.

  Awesome place ! Every kind of candy you could think of and a bunch I'm sure you didn't know even existed . A must for anybody with a sweet tooth or just looking for that certain sweet thing to satisfy that craving . After you pick out your candy you can spend a good amount of time reading all the different kinds of soda that encompass the store. Hidden among all of this are cool and funny gag gifts or stocking stuffers. So add this one to your stops while doing holiday shopping
