What an incredible place! I feel that most ice cream shops are just a place where your choices are hard serve or soft serve. Not here, it is an experience! Your choices are not only hard serve and soft serve, but you can get so much more! It is the cutest collection of Maine gifts and gear with great brands, a blend of something for everyone. Need a cute new sweatshirt and a glass lobster tumbler, earrings and a purse? They have it. Enriching stories and games for the kids in the car? Check. Want delicious ice cream in any kind of flavor you can imagine, done! They are all made in house and crafted to perfection! I ended up getting a medium and it did not disappoint. I had trouble deciding because all of the choices were enticing. That's how I ended up with three flavors, black raspberry, classic, Maine red raspberry (you never see this anywhere) naturally flavored in house, and lavender, I didn't know you could make ice cream this incredible! It was an amazing trio and I will absolutely be back for more! The experience is one of a kind and the ice cream will keep me coming back for sure! I have to say that I went on a cold, dreary day, and that front door was constantly churning out customers that would leave with their arms literally full of ice cream, half gallons, and other varying size containers. That's how I knew this local gem is truly loved and appreciated by it's community.

We love the ice cream here! It's always fresh, delicious, and there are so many great flavors to choose from. Whenever we're passing through Damariscotta, we make a point of stopping in for a treat. It's become one of our favorite traditions, and the quality never disappoints. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent ice cream and plenty of flavor options.

There's a $15 minimum for credit cards. I thought it was nice that they offered a woman a gift card to get to $15 when she said she'd just have to pay the $15. They do sell stuff other than ice cream (shirts, hats, bags, etc.). Lots of ice cream flavors including options without sugar. We had to ask about a few flavors to figure out what they were (tiger paws, eagle's talons...) I had double cherry chocolate and it was delicious. There are tables inside and outside. Definitely worth a stop.

Such a classic. Absolute staple in the area. Dizzying aray of flavor options, beautiful views outside, and they make all their flavors. My favorites have always been their ginger and maple pecan flavors, but all their rotating options are great, too. Wonderful sundaes and banana splits, as well.
