Super cute establishment! Upon arrival there was a long line, but it moved surprisingly fast. I did notice there was only one employee working, and she did an amazing job handling the crowd all on her own, efficient, friendly, and calm under pressure. It was our family’s first visit, and we were impressed by the wide variety of flavor options. Unfortunately, they were out of waffle cones, which was a bit disappointing since that’s our go-to, but the ice cream itself was absolutely delicious and made up for it. Thankfully, the weather was beautiful, so we were able to sit outside and enjoy our treats. We’ll definitely be back!

We've had ice cream from Scoop and Joy a couple of years ago while visiting from California. It was SO good that we decided to find it and enjoy it again. We were not disappointed! The ice cream is the best and servings are generous. The owner is delightful. She engaged with each customer personally. Interestingly, we all had familiar insights and experiences. We were told ownership would be changing soon but the new owner would keep the joy! We'll be back!

Just tried this place while waiting for pizza order. Have to say it is the best ice cream we have had in a long time. So many delicious flavors it’s hard to choose. Service was great with a sincere and attentive “scooper” We will definitely be back !

Our fav icecream stop after school. The “surprise” decor is always sooo cute and the kids just love them.
