I didn’t intend to eat the entire pint of chocolate thin mint ice cream that I bought today, but here we are. It was so delicious that I couldn’t stop myself! I recently moved to Denver and was glad to live nearby a homemade ice cream shop. Scoops is now my go to place for delicious ice cream! I’m a big fan of the coffee toffee ice cream, and although I’ve only had it once, I wish I could get my hands on their apple pie ice cream again! When I want something bigger than a cone and smaller than a pint, I love their ice cream nachos (pictured)! The ice cream cone chips are delicious! I’ve included a picture of their menu, but please know that the flavors change frequently. I encourage you to go in because you will find something you love, and they are happy to let you sample everything.

I came in on a slow weekday afternoon and was shocked to see how empty the place was. The ice cream was one of the best I've ever had and very cool flavors. They make their ice cream homemade in the back and are always looking to try new flavors. But took home a pint of the Ricotta Pistachio & Sea Salt Caramel Cheesecake, both were phenomenal & my family loved them! I will definitely be back again sometime soon! I told the employee about Spumoni, which is my favorite flavor & rare to find, hoping they make that flavor sometime.

I wish I could give the ice cream and sorbet here 100 stars. First of Emily, the scooper, was so awesome. She gave stellar customer service and if the ice cream wasn’t good I’d come back again just because she treated us so well. The dessert here is absolutely to die for . I will be gatekeeping this place! The person I was with said, “ I envy the person I was 20 minutes ago because that’s when I had the ice cream.” We have never eaten so fast, SCOOPS ABSOLUTELY SLAPS. This place is worthy of looking out the window mysteriously on a rainy day with you hands folded behind your back reminiscing of a better time when you had scoops. Seriously felt melancholy when I was finished. Thanks scoops

Salted Carmel cookies and cream changed my life. The key lime pie was delicious. Waffle cone was on point. Should of taken a picture earlier oops
