Such a cute ice cream shop! We were on vacation and stopped by a few times! The dole whip was amazing and so was the monster cookie ice cream! The girls working there were so nice and helpful! The vibe is so cute it’s like a retro diner inside and there was some fun activities outside for younger kids!

The ice cream is only a small part of the Scoops experience! Scoops has the right vibe, the perfect atmosphere; I remember when I worked with the owner of Scoops, she told me her dream was to have a sweet place for kids, people of all ages, to come and hang. Mission accomplished! They have the most beautiful, candid portraits of some of the worlds most famous people of days old, enjoying a cone - *chefs kiss* Era appropriate music and style, it's like walking into a parlor out of the 1950's. The staff wears era correct attire, are so respectful and accommodating, and the place is always so clean and inviting. Whether you're passing thru Warroad, MN, or you're from around here - make Scoops your spot!

Amazing aesthetics, Amazing service so many delicious flavors and way toe at the ice cream shakes cups waffle cones and more you honestly couldn't ask for a better place for a cold delicious treat after a hot day of work on the lake or just want that sweet treat

It's a not really quiet place, it has a real oldies atmosphere with the retro colors and style. Wonderful people. And an all in one bathroom that's good for a pinch
