  Unfortunately, My family and I had decided to go here on July 6th. 2026 for my daughter's 14th birthday for ice cream, of course. We did not purchase anything because the negative comments started as soon as we walked in. I guess our group of 12 people was too much for them. Initially there was another couple in front of us with their two kids and I heard the young man say oh we have a party I guess and then looked at the young lady who was in there working as well and says oh you're going to have to help me or we're going to have to work as a team. And I said joking well it'll be painless I promise. And he made this weird little face gesture. I kind of laughed it off as I stood there. Then another lady walks in and this was an adult because the other two that were working where young adults maybe kids anywho. And the lady that walked in said oh we have a party and the young man makes a comment and says yeah I guess so if that's what you want to call it now. This is the second time you have made some type of out of the way comment. Not to mention I had only been here once before in April. And I'm like okay. Maybe our party is too big for them but all we want is ice cream cones. No one has said anything we we're not greeted when we entered all we heard was complaints. So I told my party everybody out clearly this is too much and we'll find somewhere else to go. A friend of mine turns and goes in and says hey. Are you guys able to basically service our group and the young man in there says I hope so. So initially we just left. It was not a great experience. Of course. My daughter picked this place for her birthday and we initially thought that we would be okay. That was not the case. They don't have to worry about it. We won't patronize anymore. But thanks, Scoops for ruining my daughter outing for her birthday. Customer service is key. No one wants to be in a business and purchase or interact with staff who makes them feel like they're not supposed to be there. If I could have given zero Stars I definitely would have.

  Scoops is really good nice variety of ice cream, it’s weirdly expensive sometimes tho

  We were celebrating my nieces 14th birthday. We had a blast at Crust & Craft, and decided to get ice cream. There was about 20 of us and about 10 people were going to get ice cream. As we were entering the building, employees began complaining about the size of our group. Now I could see if we were walking into a restaurant, but it was just ice cream! People who don't like the jobs that they're being paid to do... should DO different jobs! Maybe they were all young, but that isn't an excuse for bad service! Please do better with your future patrons!

  Staff had an attitude as soon as my party of 15 showed up!!! After saying they might be able to accommodate and that they hope to accommodate with such a smug attitude I decided to leave. I would never return to the establishment. More than anything they ruined the experience for the young kids of our party. Do better as an establishment because if 15 separate customers show up at the same time I'm sure you could accommodate them without issue!
