We stop by for a treat often between after school activities. The staff including store owner, Jeff always make time to provide genuine hospitality along with amazing homemade ice cream! If your favorite flavor isn't out front, just ask, chances are they have it in the back! Our kids love trying their new flavors and it's amazing how many new flavors they create! From gluten free flavors to pints to you can take home, this is our favorite ice cream shop between Florida, Alabama, California and Kentucky! Stop by, you won't be disappointed!!

My husband and I got the Brownie Sundae to split, it tasted amazing, and the serving size was more than plenty for the both of us. My 3 yr old got the kids scoop and he loved it. The customer service was outstanding. 10/10 would recommend and we’ll forsure be back.

Update: Stopped by again tonight. Very fast service with almost no wait. Got a chocolate milkshake and an orange freezy. I especially enjoyed the chocolate milkshake. The chocolate flavor was rich and deep, better than most places. I do think it's on the pricier side though. Solid 4 star ice cream shop. Alrighty, stopped by this new ice cream shop for an evening treat about 1 hour before closing. They have a good selection and choices of flavors. Very friendly atmosphere and staff. This is a nice little place, but I'd say there's still a few things to improve. First thing is, they ran out of some staple flavors. I know I got there with only an hour left, but it's bad when an ice cream shop runs out of ice cream. The line was running all the way out the door, so I do understand the amount if time it took. About 30min in line, then 15min to get our order. I'd say it's worth stopping by, but maybe avoid the late evening hours. I will try to stop by again, but this time closer to opening.

Scoops is a great addition to the Mt Washington, KY food and restaurant landscape. Scoops is clean and inviting with an awesome group of employees, friendly and courteous. Our family stops in several times a week. Great Ice Cream Shop!
