I have been coming to Scoops for the last couple of years. My visits have always been positive. Today when I went in, I ordered my usual favorite but the gal behind the counter gave me a hard time about my order. Apparently she considered what I ordered to be a sundae. Technically, I could see that being the correct name for it but I only wanted a single scoop and their sundaes come with two scoops or more. In all of the time that I have visited, not once has anyone questioned the way I have ordered. She told me that ringing it up in the register the way I wanted it would be more expensive than buying a two scoop sundae. Then she proceeded to sell me the higher priced ice cream. Why wouldn’t she just charge me for the lower priced version and omit the extra scoop? I think maybe she would do better behind the scenes and not as the front person for the business. I just wonder if they have been charging me the higher price the last couple of years. Hmmmm

This place was great. The girls attending were very nice and welcoming. The ice creams were delicious. Our to go place! Little hidden gem.
