We were finishing up dinner and planned to head over there after and as we were walking up they locked the doors (this was at 8:46 they were supposed to close at 9). They saw all the kids at the door and just acted like they didn’t. They missed out on 2 other groups of people that walked up shortly after us. Big disappointment and some sad kiddos!

The customer service could have been better I asked about the prices and was rudely told that the prices are listed above. The ice cream shop was tight when me and my husband visited due to it being packed. Just overall was disappointed with our visit. The establishment was clean and colorful though.

3.5 stars rounded up to 4 stars. A wide variety of flavors of ice cream. They are quite decent, but likely not the best I’ve had. Worth going to if you’re in the Wire Park area, but not driving too far to come here.
