More of a 4.5 (wish Google would do partial stars). Staff was very friendly. Restaurant is very welcoming and wasn't extremely busy while we were there (a Monday after 2pm) but there was a steady flow of customers in and out. The ice cream was delicious. Wide variety of flavors, and a kid's scoop is filling enough. Bought some freshly baked cookies, which my family thoroughly enjoyed and sodas to take home. So many selections both out of the cold case and in them. Plenty of seating options. We were in right after the Sebring Soda Festival and they were still well stocked. My only complaint, and it's not a big one or really a conplaint more of a negative vibe observation, was the condition of the restroom. Toilet paper all over the floor. The paper towel roll really needs a mounted location. Soap dispenser ends up getting soap all over the edge of the sink. After the HGTV makeover inside and on the exterior of the store, the bathroom just needs a little more housekeeping, and possibly a way to hide the enormous plumbing pipe coming up the middle. Overall, 4.5 stars. Will definitely be back to try some more of their goodies and would recommend to anyone in the area. *photo of inside edited to remove subjects. Floor and wall are fine inside the shop.

Retro style ice cream shop with all your favorite sodas (and hard to find brands of "pop"). My wife and each had two large scoops of hand-dipped ice cream with two toppings, whipped cream and a cherry (if you like) for $7.29 + tax each. I had raspberry chocolate fudge and blueberry cheesecake and my wife chose triple chocolate peanut butter and praline pecan ice cream flavors and we both added caramel and white chocolate toppings with whipped cream in plastic boats (the type banana splits come in). Creamy, flavor rich but not heavy and nothing artificial about it. 100's of bottled sods for sale in shop or online including RC, Cheerwine, Orangedream, Birch beers, etc. We took a walk around the. circle, down by the lake and looked at the menu of a couple of eateries including the Cuban place. It has an extensive menu of authentic choices with pictures that made our mouths water but we just had ice cream and we're heading back on the road home. If you are ever near Sebring, stop by and check out the local charm, shops and eateries and don't forget to make the Sebring Soda and Ice Cream visit.

Such a fun spot! This place has completely transformed and now it feels like a true destination. Great vibe, classic soda shop charm brought back to life, and the ice cream was a hit with the kids. Worth the stop!
