See’s chocolates definitely deserve 5 STARS but if you go on a Saturday night during holiday shopping you will wait over 30 minutes in line with only 5 customers in front of you. This will begin to feel like a 1 STAR experience especially If you have kids with you it’ll be a living nightmare keeping them from touching everything. They need more staff to speed up the gift wrapping extra time involved. It’s about $10 for a 1/2 a pound which is 10 pieces and if your like us going into the store is especially nice being able to get all the flavors you like only since each piece is about a $1. That was my moms first impression going to a sees store and she said as we left she’ll never do that again since it took so long.

I have been coming to this store since I was a kid,I have always had great, fast, polite service. But this was definitely not the case when I went in to purchase 3 1lb boxes as I usually do every year for Christmas. The sample of the day was forced into my hands by a rather rude lady (I assume the manager). Later I politely asked to sample the mint chip candy and was rudely told by the same lady that forced the sample into my had when I walked in that "you already had a sample and I just cant do that". They were not only rude but completely unprepared for the holiday season and we're out of a majority of their candy. I've been going to this store for 16 years now and I really cant recommend it to anyone.

Went there couple days ago and cant stop thinking about how amazing the costumer service was! As someone who works in customer service aswell… they were amazing! I needed a couple of boxes for a trip abroad and she knew what she was talking about! She perfectly customized and went above and beyond to make the boxes look and feels so special ❤️ felt so heard and cared for :) thank you so much!

Love it! We were served by lovely Jennifer, and she was so sweet and helpful! She showed us different kinds of candies and sweets, and we had a great time. Made our day 🙏
