This is one of best little spots for ice cream along the St Croix River Valley. Afton is a cute little town and the shop is across the street from a little park so the kids can burn off all that sugar they just ate. Lots of fun candy and espresso drinks too! Ps. their banana split is massive and definitely enough for two

I’m from MA (where it’s all ice cream) & this spot is right up at the top by comparison! Flavors are fun & taste just like the description. Staff are friendly & efficient for the large crowds. Couldn’t say anything but how delicious it is & cute! Outside seating is great & park directly across street perfect for the littles.

Very inflexible and insensitive. As a semi-lactose intolerant person I need to watch my intake. On Independence Day, we went to Selma’s and for nostalgia sake after the parade. I wanted to try my childhood fav (zanzabar chocolate and strawberry in a waffle cone). All My body can tolerate is one scoop so I asked for a 1/2 scoop of each. Sadly, they said they could give me 1/2 scoops each but I’d have to pay for 2 scoops. Such a rip off and inflexible. I’ll go to Mabel’s in Bayport or Nelson’s in Stillwater next time as both are more reasonable and customer focused! Happy Independence Day!

Love this place, our roommate recommended it to us seeing as we'd be out and we had no regrets. Definitely see us all coming back here again soon so I can snag a shirt. I love thats its across from a part and next to a trail as well, its just a perfect spot in a beautiful town.
