This place is something really special. We waited too long to check out Serendipity, having no idea what to expect, and we were absolutely blown away. I think I was in shock the entire visit, just taking in the splendor of it all. The lovingly restored soda shop with vintage-style staff uniforms, the immaculate rainbow display of antique glass, the delightful music from the player piano, the mouth-watering aroma of baked sweets — it’s a sensory banquet. It’s worth visiting just for the ambience, honestly, but the treats knocked our socks off! We got an Oreo “gooey cake” (SUBLIME) and took home

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Serendipity Soda and Sweets! They catered my birthday party and absolutely everyone LOVED the food — guests were still talking about it long after the party ended (especially the pasta salad)! Every detail was thoughtful, delicious, and beautifully crafted. Brad and John are truly amazing people, and you can feel the heart and passion they’ve poured into this place. Definitely come here if you visit High Springs for a classic, old fashioned soda fountain and ice cream shoppe. The decor and decoration inside is phenomenal and old times. Brad (co owner) was super helpful. Highly recommend the fresh glazed donuts made in the shoppe fresh and hot. And if you’re already here, go for it, and get the banana split. The ice cream is made in-house and is super creamy and delicious.

Awesome little shop located in a small downtown strip with plenty of free parking around. Staff is friendly and everything we tried was great. Highly recommend the donuts. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Thank you Serendipity for a wonderful experience!
