The frozen custard is good. The problem is that whoever owns/manages this place lets the employees do whatever they want. Smoking weed and cigarettes in plain sight of customers. Children included! If this kind of behavior is allowed I shudder to think about the food safety. Maybe they need a visit from the health department??

The product is good but the manager/owner lets kids run this place and they do whatever they want. Customer service is zero, kids running all around, screaming in your ear at their coworkers while you're at the window, and your order will be wrong EVERY time. Makes me not want to come back specifically because of the horrible customer service. I LOVE the concretes but I probably won't return.

Such a great sweet treat! The staff is always nice and even remember regulars. If there's a line they are diligent on getting orders before the window to keep the line moving at a steady pace. Can never go wrong stopping here for a delicious treat.

My custard must have been pre-made or something. It was more milk and dripping over the sides before it was handed out the window. It was too late and I was too tired to mess with asking for another one.
