Incredible burger joint! The OG onion burger really does something different to you. They go heavy on the onions, quality beef, and a solid bun. It is simple, straight forward, and well done. The burger definitely has a different bite to it with the long cut griddle onions, and the flavor is super savory. The place has a nostalgic feel right when you walk through the door. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I can see why this place is consistently one of the nation’s most treasured burger joints.

Our favorite Diner experience while riding across Oklahoma. When it says "World Famous" you have to try it. Not only was the food (and air conditioning) fabulous on a hot July day. The staff was without equal in their friendliness as we sat at the counter and watched the magic of the Onion Burgers on the grill. Yum!!!

Food was very messy but tastes good. If you are not a big eater do not get the double burger. The regular is huge. I recommend the onion rings. The fries are shoe string sized and soggy. The picture is a half order. The staff is unfriendly and rude. 0 stars for them. We came all the way from Georgia to visit here and felt unwelcome and an inconvenience.

Just discovered that onion burgers are truly an Oklahoma thing and El Reno is the home of it. If there's any reason to stop in El Reno, Sid's Diner is it. I've had onion burgers before but I have yet to have anything out of this world like I have over here. Despite visiting for the first time, owner-operator Adam, who grilles every burger himself, greeted us and made us feel right at home. True Oklahoma hospitality at its finest. Will definitely make the trek from OKC to El Reno again with my buddy Dave.
